combine mustard seeds mustard turmeric tarragon and water let stand 1 hour combine vinegar wine oil honey onion garlic allspice cinnamon and clove in saucepan boiland simmer for 5 min add mustard mixture and blend 2 minute in blender put into saucepan set in larger pan of boiling water cook stirring often 5 minute place in container and cool
