Mustard Recipe

1/4 cup mustard seeds
6 tblspns dry mustard
1 tblspn turmeric optional American type
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 1/4 cups boiling water
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tblspn peanut oil
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoon garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon allspice ground
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground
1/4 teaspoon cloves ground

combine mustard seeds mustard turmeric tarragon and water let stand 1 hour
combine vinegar wine oil honey onion garlic allspice cinnamon and clove in saucepan boil and simmer for 5 min
add mustard mixture and blend 2 minute in blender
put into saucepan set in larger pan of boiling water
cook stirring often 5 minute
place in container and cool
