Ketchup Recipe

4 cups tomatoes
3/4 cup tomato paste
2 cups onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped 1"
1/4 cup honey (Brown sugar)
1 bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon cloves ground
1/4 teaspoon allspice ground
1/4teaspn ground mace
1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon ground
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic minced
1/4 cup malt vinegar

combine tomatoes paste onion green pepper in saucepan
boil and simmer for about 30 min
put in bowl blend thoroughly
return to saucepan add remaining ingredients
boil simmer stirring often 10 min
