Mushroom Sause Recipe

1 tblspn pepper
4 tblspns butter
3 tblspns shallots
5 cups mushrooms
2 tblspns cognac
1 cup cream

add shallots to pan cook briefly
add mushrooms cook stirring for 2 minutes
add cognac stir
add cream turn down heat
