Mexican Rice Recipe
2 cup rice
2 cups water
1/2 can canned diced tomatoes
4 oz can tomato paste
1 bell pepper
1/2 onion
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 bay leaf
preheat oven 425
broil 20 minutes then stir
remove after 45 minutes STARVING
